ഡാനിയൽ മോറിസ് ഏഞ്ചൽ (14 മേയ് 1911 - 13 ഡിസംബർ 1999) 1950-കളിലെ ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ നിരവധി ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് സിനിമകളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം വഹിച്ച ഒരു പ്രമുഖ ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ചലച്ചിത്ര നിർമ്മാതാവായിരുന്നു, അദർ മാൻസ് വിഷം (1952), ദ സീ ഷാൽ നോട്ട് ഹാവ് ദെം (1954), റീച്ച് . ഫോർ ദി സ്കൈ (1956), കാർവ് ഹെർ നെയിം വിത്ത് പ്രൈഡ് (1958).1950 കളിൽ ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ നിരവധി ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് സിനിമകളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം അദ്ദേഹം വഹിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഒരു അനുശോചനക്കുറിപ്പിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ചത് " ശക്തമായ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളും അൽപ്പം ക്രൂരമായ രീതിയുമുള്ള ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ " എന്ന് ആണ്.എയ്ഞ്ചൽ സിനിമ എന്ന മാധ്യമത്തിന് വേണ്ടി തികച്ചും സമർപ്പിതനായിരുന്നു..[1]
ജീവചരിത്രം
[തിരുത്തുക]ലണ്ടനിലെ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജ് സ്കൂളിലായിരുന്നു ഏഞ്ചലിന്റെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം. ഏയ്ഞ്ചൽസ് എന്ന നാടക വസ്ത്രവ്യാപാരം നടത്തിയിരുന്ന കുടുംബത്തിൽ നിന്നാണ് അദ്ദേഹം വന്നത്.
