Mesteckrālove (čehu: Městec Králové) ir pilsēta Čehijā, Centrālčehijas apgabala Nimburkas apriņķī.
Rakstos pirmoreiz 1300. gadā. Dibināta 12. gadsimta beigās kā Bohēmijas karalienes īpašums. 1526. gadā Mesteckrālove iekļāvās Hābsburgu impērijas sastāvā. No 1919. gada — Čehoslovākijā. Kopš 1993. gada — Čehijā.
Mesteckrālove ir futbolista Ivana Hašeka (Ivan Hašek, 1963) un, pamatojoties uz leģendu, Bohēmijas karaļa Otokāra II (Otakar II., 1233 – 1278) dzimtā pilsēta.
