Tomaculum,[1] macaronice zalcizzo[2] (cf. Francogallice saucisson) est tripa carnibus farta (botellus) et tunc curata, afumata, siccata aut in salsamenta, quo insunt carnes sed etiam herba aut condimenta (allium, rosmarinus, thymus aut piper).
