Nervus obturatorius (TA: 14.2.07.012) est nervus periphericus ex plexu lumbali oriente. Nervus adductores femoris innervat, simul pars cutis femoris medialis et capsulae anterioris articularis coxae nervo innervata est. Pro eo nervus de pelvi trans foramen obturatum antrorsum in femorem decurrit.

Ex plexu lumbali (radicibus L2-L4) oriente nervus obturatorius sub musculum psoas maiorem deorsum, post arteriam iliacam internam et iuxta ureterem in canalem obturatorium intrat, quo cum ramis et anteriore et posteriore ad adductores femoris currit. Ex ramo anteriore ramus cutaneus et plures rami musculares, ex ramo posteriore rami musculares atque ramus articularis oriuntur. Paralysis nervi implantatione prothesis capitis femoris ineunte causa raro observata est[1].

Resectione transurethrali tumorum vesicae ineunte non raro ruptura vesicae observata est, et ibi obsidio pharmacologica nervi oburatorii contractionem dolorosam adductorum impedit[2].
