Euschemon rafflesia, distinctiora hesperiida, Euschemoninas, suam subfamiliam, constituit.

Hesperiidae sunt papiliones superfamiliae Hesperioideorum, quorum habitus inconstanter provolare est. Sunt plus quam 3500 specierum agnitarum, quae omnem per orbem terrarum, sed pervarie in neotropicis Mesoamericae et Americae Australis regionibus, habitant.[1]

Species nunc in subfamilias insequentis digeruntur.[2]
