Fons Urdae[1] (lingua Nordica antiqua Urðarbrunnr, aut ad wyrd, Germanicam fati notionem, aut ad nornam Urðr appellatam attingens[2]) est puteus in mythologia Nordica inventus, quem attestantur Edda Poetica, congeries saeculo tertio decimo compilata ex prioribus fontibus a maioribus traditis, et Edda Prosaica, a Snorrone Sturlaeo saeculo tertio decimo scripta. Apud ambos fontes, puteus sub Yggdrasil, arbore telluris, iacet, cum trinione nornarum (Urðr, Verðandi, Skuld) consociatus. Edda Prosaica dicit Urðarbrunnr esse unum ex tribus puteis sub tribus radicibus Yggdrasil exstantibus, qui tris terras remotas attingunt; quarum alii sunt Hvergelmir, sub radice in Niflheim situs, et Mímisbrunnr, sub radice prope domum pruinae (jötnar) situs. Doctrina academica et coniecturiae ad puteum pertinent.
