Bellum psychicum,[2][3][4] vel fundamentales negotiorum psychicorum[5] res, sunt usus artium ad mentes hostium sic commovendas, ut vel se impares bello vel deditionem sibi profuturam esse crederent. Quod terminus adhibetur ad significandam "ullam actionem quae plerumque rationibus psychologicis exercetur, eo consilio ut destinatus affectus psychologicus in aliis hominibus eliciatur."[6] Sic bellum non armis, sed verbis consilioque geritur.
