크립토미코콜락스과(Cryptomycocolacaceae)는 녹균아문에 속하는 담자균류과의 하나이다. 크립토미코콜락스강(Cryptomycocolacomycetes), 크립토미코콜락스목(Cryptomycocolacales)에 속하는 유일한 과이다. 2개의 단형 속만을 포함하고 있다.[3]
