얼짱
얼짱은 대한민국에서 2001년에 처음 등장한 용어로, 얼굴과 최고라는 의미를 가진 ‘짱’을 합성한 단어이다.[1] 즉, 연예인은 아니지만 다른 사람에 비해 뛰어나다는 뜻이다. 인터넷상에서 대회도 펼친바 있으며, 이 대회를 통해 유명해져 연예인이 된 경우도 있다. 그외 용어로는 외모가 아니거나 짜증나는 사람을 "얼꽝"이라는 표현을, 몸매가 좋다고 하여 "몸짱" 이라고 하였다.
