바우터르 하멀(Wouter Hamel)은 네덜란드 출신 재즈 싱어이다. 2005년 더치 재즈 보컬 경연 대회에서 첫 남성 우승자로 주목을 받기 시작하였고, 데뷔 앨범 《Hamel》을 통해 싱어송라이터로서 재능도 인정을 받았다. 팝적인 요소가 가미된 재즈로 많은 사랑을 받고 있고, 그의 음악은 신선하고 현대적이라는 평을 받는다. "Mr.Silky Voice"라는 별명을 가지고 있다.
