메모리아(memoria) 또는 기억술은 서양 고전 수사학의 암기를 수반하는 양상들을 이르는 용어이다. 이 낱말은 라틴어이며 "기억"(memory)으로 번역된다.
인벤티오(inventio), 디스포시티오(dispositio), 엘로쿠티오(elocutio), 프로눈티아티오(pronuntiatio)를 포함한 고전 수사학의 5가지 규율 가운데 하나였다.
발언 중 기억을 사용하는 일은 연설가가 관중에게 영향을 미치는 방식에도 영향을 미칠 수 있다.[1] 화자가 자신의 기억에만 의존하여 관중에게 이야기할 때 관계 속에서 특정한 양의 에토스(ethos)를 구축할 수 있다.[2]
