마모셋(또는 마모셋원숭이) 또는 명주원숭이는 피그미마모셋속(Cebuella)과 루스말렌난쟁이마모셋속(Callibella), 비단마모셋속(Callithrix), 미코속 (Mico)에 포함되는 21종의 신세계원숭이의 총칭이다. 이 4개 속은 모두 생물학적으로 비단원숭이과(Callitrichidae)에 속한다. "마모셋"(marmoset)이라는 명칭은 마모셋과 밀접한 관련이 있는 괼디원숭이(Callimico goeldii)를 부르는 데도 사용한다.
