월드 애슬레틱스(영어: World Athletics)는 육상 경기 종목을 총괄하는 국제 기구이다. 1912년에 스톡홀름에서 설립되었다. 이전 이름 국제 아마추어 육상 경기 연맹(International Amateur Athletics Federations), 국제육상경기연맹(영어: International Association of Athletics Federations, IAAF)으로도 알려져 있다.
