ფონოლიტი (ბერძ. φωνή – ხმა და λίθος – ქვა) — ექსტრუზიული ვულკანური ქანი, რომელიც შედგება ტუტე მინდვრის შპატის, ფელდშპატიტებისა და ფერადი მინერალებისაგან — ტუტე პიროქსენისა და ამფიბოლისაგან. განასხვავებენ ტრაქიტოიდულ, არაფელინიტოიდურ და ლეიციტურ სახესხვაობას. ტრაქიტოიდული ფონოლიტი ეწოდება ისეთ ფონოლიტს, რომელსაც აქვს ტრაქიტული სტრუქტურა და რომელშიც ჭარბობს მინდვრის შპატი, განსხვავებით არაფელინიტოიდური ფონოლიტისაგან, რომლის ძირითად მასაში ჭარბობს ჩვეულებრივ, მოკლე სწორკუთხა ჭრილის სახის ნეფელინი. ლეიციტური სახესხვაობისათვის დამახასიათებელია ლეიციტისა და სანიდინის გამოყოფა. გამოიყენება როგორც ადგილობრივი სამშენებლო მასალა.
