  • 1/4 sendok teh mrico putih sing wis dibungkus
  • 5 gelas stok utawa banyu daging babi
  • 2 daun bawang dikethok dadi 1 inci kanggo dihias

Langkah-langkah

Rendhem ham ing patang cangkir banyu udakara telung jam kanggo mbubarake uyah. Buang banyu. Par-godhok ham sing asap lan empuk anyar ing wadhah ing wadhah banyu lima gelas ing geni panas. Tutup scum sing ana ing ndhuwur cairan. Masak udakara 20 menit. Copot daging lan lebokake pot lempung Cina sing gedhe.
