さいたま家庭裁判所（さいたまかていさいばんしょ）は、埼玉県さいたま市浦和区にある日本の家庭裁判所の一つで、埼玉県を管轄している。略称は、さいたま家裁（さいたまかさい）。越谷市、川越市、熊谷市、秩父市に支部を、久喜市、飯能市に出張所を置いている。
さいたま家庭裁判所の本庁・支部はさいたま地方裁判所の本庁・支部に併設されている。また、本庁・支部・出張所のいずれにも簡易裁判所が併設されている。2001年までは浦和家庭裁判所だった。
