小林圭
小林圭（こばやし けい、1977年8月29日 - ）は日本出身のシェフ。パリ1区 に位置するフランス料理店『Kei』のオーナー。店は2020年にミシュランガイドの3つ星を獲得。アジア人シェフとして初めてフランスでミシュランの三つ星を獲得。 [1] [2] [3]
長野県諏訪市で生まれる[4]。 フランス人シェフアラン・シャペルのドキュメンタリーを観てフランス料理に興味を持った。小林は茅野市のホテル、東京のレストランでの修行後、1998年にフランスへ渡り、ギルス・グージョンとアラン・デュカスの元で修行。
