『ペニー・ドレッドフル 〜ナイトメア 血塗られた秘密〜』（ペニー・ドレッドフル ナイトメア ちぬられたひみつ、英語: Penny Dreadful）は、アメリカ合衆国のテレビドラマシリーズ。Showtimeにおいて2014年4月28日から2016年6月19日まで放送された。ヴァンパイアやフランケンシュタイン博士などゴシック・ホラーのキャラクターも登場するゴシック・ホラー作品であり、タイトルである「ペニー・ドレッドフル」は19世紀にイギリスで人気を誇った安価で低俗な大衆小説の通称である。日本では2015年3月からWOWOWで放送された。初放送時の邦題は『ナイトメア 〜血塗られた秘密〜』。2016年1月からAXNミステリーにおいても放送。

ストーリー

1891年、ヴィクトリア朝時代の、怪現象がはびこる英国ロンドンが舞台。マルコム卿の失踪した娘ミーナを探すため、早打ちの名手イーサン、ミーナの親友ヴァネッサも彼に力を貸す。

米国出身の曲芸撃ち。銃の腕を見込まれミーナ捜しに加わる。一見ひょうきん者だが、彼にも秘められた過去がある。
マルコム卿
演 - ティモシー・ダルトン、日本語吹替 - 石塚運昇
失踪した愛する娘ミーナを捜す探検家。幾度もアフリカ大陸を探検し財を成したが、家庭を犠牲にしてきた。
ヴァネッサ・アイヴス
演 - エヴァ・グリーン、日本語吹替 - 木下紗華
美しくミステリアスな霊媒師で、マルコム卿の娘ミーナの親友。霊的な能力はもろ刃の剣で、過去の過ちが徐々に明らかになる。
