パメラ・アドロン（Pamela Adlon, 1966年7月9日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の女優、声優である。
来歴
[編集]1966年、ニューヨーク・マンハッタンに生まれる。芸能一家の生まれで、母親のGideon Adlonは女優、父親のDonald "Don" Maxwell Segallはテレビのコメディ番組のライター兼プロデューサー、またフィクション小説などの作家でもあった[1]。そんな父親の仕事の関係もあり、幼い頃から家族でたびたびニューヨークとロサンゼルスの行き来を繰り返しており、父親の知り合いのツテで9歳の頃にラジオ番組に出演したこともある[2]。高校を卒業したのちにはサラ・ローレンス大学へ進学した[3]。
1982年にミシェル・ファイファー主演の『グリース2』で映画デビュー。1980年代にはテレビを中心にキャリアを重ね、女優としてテレビや映画に出演したほか、数々のアニメーションに声優として参加している。スタジオ・ジブリの2作品の英語吹替え版に参加しており、1989年の『魔女の宅急便』と1997年の『もののけ姫』がある。また2000年には『バンパイア・ハンターD』の英語吹替え版にも参加した。
数ある出演作でも特に知られている仕事の一つとして、家族をテーマにしたアニメシリーズ『キング・オブ・ザ・ヒル』があり、同作品ではヒル一家の肥満体形の一人息子ボビー・ヒルの声を担当し、228エピソードに出演している。同作品への出演で2002年にプライムタイム・エミー賞を獲得した[4]。近年では、デイヴィッド・ドゥカヴニー主演のテレビシリーズ『カリフォルニケーション』への出演でも知られている。
私生活
[編集]1996年にドイツ系の映画監督として知られるパーシー・アドロン監督の息子、Felix O. Adlonと結婚し、3児の母親となったが、2010年に二人は離婚した[5]。
