道路の法的位置づけ

道路運送法に規定された自動車道（一般自動車道）となることから、道路交通法が適用され、交通違反者には罰則が科せられる

との記述が（出典付きで）あったのですが、国土交通省の自動車道事業のページ[1]の一覧表に記載がないことから自動車道ではないものと考えコメント化しました。もっとも、一般自動車道も道路敷地は私有地のはずで、本道路がどのような法的位置づけの有料道路なのかはっきりしません。この点明記された出典をご存知の方加筆をお願いします。--Takisaw（会話） 2019年7月27日 (土) 00:49 (UTC)[返信]
