Il Friùli (Friûl in friulano, Forum Iulii in latino, Furlanija in sloveno, Friaul in tedesco) è una regione storico-geografica che corrisponde alle odierne province di Udine, Pordenone, Gorizia. Capitale storica e città più importante del Friuli è Udine già sede, in età medievale, del Patriarcato di Aquileia.
