[modifica | modifica wikitesto]- Correlazione – relazione tra due variabili tale che a ciascun valore della prima corrisponda un valore della seconda, seguendo una certa regolarità
- Autocorrelazione – misura del grado di dipendenza tra i valori assunti da una funzione campionata nel suo dominio in ascissa
- Correlazione incrociata (detta anche correlazione mutua o cross-correlazione, dall'inglese cross-correlation) – misura di similitudine di due segnali come funzione di uno spostamento o traslazione temporale applicata ad uno di essi.
