Barbara Villiers, viscontessa Fitzhardinge (165419 settembre 1708), è stata una nobildonna inglese.

Era la figlia del colonnello sir Edward Villiers, e di sua moglie, lady Frances Howard (una discendente di John Howard, I duca di Norfolk).

Barbara divenne damigella d'onore della principessa Maria. Invece di accompagnare le sue sorelle Anne, Catherine ed Elizabeth a L'Aja, Barbara rimase in Inghilterra e divenne amica di Sarah Churchill, duchessa di Marlborough.

Sua sorella Elizabeth era l'amante ufficiale di Guglielmo III d'Inghilterra (1680-1695).

Barbara divenne Lady of the Bedchamber alla regina Anna di Gran Bretagna e governante del principe Guglielmo, duca di Gloucester.

Sposò John Berkeley, IV visconte Fitzhardinge (1650-19 dicembre 1712). Ebbero due figlie:

  • Lady Mary Berkeley (1671-28 febbraio 1741), sposò Walter Chetwynd, I visconte Bearhaven, non ebbero figli;
  • Lady Barbara Berkeley (1690-1745), sposò Sir Thomas Clarges, ebbero due figli.
