Tour de France 2012 var í 99. skiptið sem Tour de France hjólreiðakeppnin hefur verið haldin. Keppnin fór fram dagana 30. júní til 22. júlí 2012. Hjólað var 3.496,9 kílómetra leið í tuttugu áföngum. Sigurvegari keppninnar var Bradley Wiggins en hann var fyrsti Bretinn til að vinna titilinn. Fyrir sigurinn fékk hann gulu treyjuna. Tími hans var 87 klukkustundir, 34 mínútur og 47 sekúndur og meðalhraði hans því tæplega 40 kílómetrar á klukkustund.
