Okotsk (rússneska: Охо́тск) er bær við mynni Okotafljóts við Okotskhaf á Kyrrahafsströnd Rússlands. Bærinn var fyrsta byggð Rússa við Kyrrahafið. Hann var upphaflega reistur sem vetrarbækistöðvar kósakka undir stjórn Semjons Sjelkovnikovs árið 1643 en kósakkarnir höfðu fyrst komið þangað fjórum árum fyrr.

Íbúafjöldi hefur minnkað mikið frá falli Sovétríkjanna og var áætlaður um 5.500 árið 2004.
