Nótt (norræn goðafræði)

Nótt ríður hesti sínum í 19du aldar málverki eftir Peter Nicolai Arbo.

Nótt var persónugerfingur næturinnar í norrænni goðafræði. Faðir hennar var nefndur Nör (einnig nefndur Nörvi eða Narfi) og sagður jötunn. Hún var þrígift; átti Auði með Naglfara, Jörð með Annar og Dag með Dellingi.[1] Var hún sögð svört og dökk og Dagur ljós og fagur.[2]
