Canacomyrica Guillaumin |
Porsætt (fræðiheiti: Myricaceae) er lítil ætt runna og smárra trjáa í beykibálki (Fagales). Það eru þrjár ættkvíslir í ætttinni, þó að sumir grasafræðingar vilji aðskilja margar tegundir úr Myrica í fjórðu ættkvíslina: Morella. Um 55 tegundir eru almennt viðurkenndar í Myrica, ein í Canacomyrica, og ein í Comptonia.[1]
