Hnoðafræhyrna (fræðiheiti: Cerastium glomeratum[2]) er einær jurt sem er ættuð frá Evrasíu, en finnst nú víða annars staðar. Hún blómstrar hvítum blómum sem sitja mörg saman á enda stilksins. Blómin eru með fimm krónublöð með grunnri skerðingu í endann. [3]

Á Íslandi finnst hún aðallega á suðvestur horninu.[4]
