Uta Maju Puru atau Daging Rusa Bakar adalah makanan khas Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Makanan ini terbuat dari bahan dasar daging rusa. Biasanya daging ini diawetkan terlebih dahulu dengan cara didendeng. Kemudian daging rusa tersebut di bakar dan dicampur dengan bumbu pelengkap sehingga memiliki rasa yang sangat lezat dan gurih.[1]
