University of Sydney (atau Sydney University, USyd atau hanya Sydney) adalah universitas tertua di Australia. Universitas ini didirikan di Sydney tahun 1850. Tahun 2009, universitas ini memiliki 47.775 mahasiswa yang menjadikannya universitas terbesar kedua (setelah Universitas Monash) di Australia.^[3]
