Seventh Avenue, dikenal sebagai Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard di utara Central Park, adalah sebuah jalan raya di West Side borough Manhattan di New York City. Jalan ini mengarah ke selatan di hilir Central Park dan jalan dua arah di utara taman.

Seventh Avenue berawal di West Village di Clarkson Street, tempat Varick Street berubah nama menjadi Seventh Avenue. Jalan ini dipotong oleh Central Park dari 59th ke 110th Street. Artisans' Gate adalah pintu keluar 59th Street dari Central Park ke Seventh Avenue. Di utara Warriors' Gate di ujung utara taman, jalan ini membentang dua arah melintasi Harlem, yang kemudian disebut Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard dan ditempati Adam Clayton Powell Jr. State Office Building (alamat ini terus berlanjut seperti Seventh Avenue terus melintasi Central Park, dengan blok pertama bernomor 1800). Jalan ini berakhir di Macombs Dam Bridge melintasi Sungai Harlem, tempat Jerome Avenue berawal di Bronx.

Distrik dan bangunan utama

Melintasi Garment District (yang membentang dari 12th Avenue ke 5th Avenue dan 34th Street ke 39th Street), jalan ini disebut Fashion Avenue karena perannya sebagai pusat industri garmen dan mode serta desainer mode ternama yang menempatkan New York sebagai pusat mode dunia. Papan pertama yang menetapkan bagian Seventh Avenue sebagai "Fashion Avenue" dipasang beberapa kali tahun 1972, kemudian papan permanen dipasang pada tahun-tahun selanjutnya.[1]

Seventh Avenue berlintasan dengan Broadway dan 42nd Street di Times Square.

Bangunan terkenal di Seventh Avenue yaitu:

Di selatan 14th Street, jalan ini menjadi sebuah jalan raya di West Village. Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center yang saat ini tidak lagi beroperasi dulunya merupakan rumah sakit utama di pusat kota di Seventh Avenue dan 11th Street.
