Ahmet Serhat Hacıpaşalıoğlu (lahir 24 Oktober 1964), yang dikenal sebagai Serhat, adalah seorang penyanyi, penulis lagu, komponis, produser dan presenter televisi asal Turki. Lahir dan dibesarkan di Istanbul, Serhat memulai karier produksinya dengan mendirikan perusahaannya sendiri pada 1994, End Productions.
