Senapan anti-materiel adalah senapan yang dibuat untuk melumpuhkan peralatan militer (materiel) daripada untuk melumpuhkan pasukan / prajurit (anti personel).

Senapan anti materiel mempunyai bentuk dan peran yang mirip dengan senapan runduk, perbedaannya adalah senapan ini menggunakan peluru kaliber yang lebih besar dengan jangkauan yang lebih jauh.

Biasanya senapan ini menggunakan amunisi kaliber 12,7 x 99 mm NATO (.50 BMG), 12,7 x 108 mm, 14,5 x 114 mm, dan kaliber 20 mm.
