Robert Hales (lahir 31 Juli 1981) adalah seorang desainer grafis dan sutradara musik video asal Inggris. Hales telah mengarahkan musik video oleh artis seperti Westlife, Bridgit Mendler, Avril Lavigne, Tame Impala, Jet, the Veronicas, Demi Lovato, Stereophonics, the Donnas, Justin Timberlake, Nine Inch Nails, Miley Cyrus, Gnarls Barkley, Imagine Dragons dan Snow Patrol.[1]
Robert Hales ikut mengarahkan video untuk "Starfuckers, Inc." milik Nine Inch Nails, di mana ia juga merancang sampul untuk CD single "The Day the World Went Away" milik Nine Inch Nails. Pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2006, Hales menerima MTV Video Music Awards untuk mengarahkan singel Gnarls Barkley, "Crazy".
