Philippe Xavier Christian Ignace Marie Barbarin (lahir 17 Oktober 1950) adalah seorang prelatus Gereja Katolik Roma Prancis. Ia telah menjadi Uskup Agung Lyon, Prancis, sejak 2002. Ia menjadi kardinal pada 2003.

Barbarin lahir pada 1950 di Rabat, Maroko, yang saat itu adalah protektorat Prancis, dalam sebuah keluarga besar (enam saudari, dua diantaranya menjadi biarawati, dan empat saudara).[1] Barbarin belajar menjadi imam di Paris. Ia ditahbiskan pada 17 Desember 1977 oleh Uskup Robert de Provenchères dari Créteil.
