Perdana Menteri Nepal (bahasa Nepali: नेपालको प्रधानमन्त्री) adalah kepala pemerintahan Nepal. Perdana Menteri adalah kepala Dewan Menteri Nepal dan penasihat utama dari Presiden Nepal.
Kabinet federal yang dipimpin oleh perdana menteri ditunjuk oleh presiden untuk membantu dalam administrasi urusan eksekutif. Perdana menteri harus menikmati kepercayaan mayoritas di Pratinidhi Sabha dan akan mengundurkan diri jika mereka tidak dapat membuktikan mayoritas ketika diinstruksikan oleh presiden.
Kediaman perdana menteri Nepal adalah Baluwatar, Kathmandu.[1][3] Kantor perdana menteri adalah Singha Darbar sejak masa Chandra Shamsher Jang Bahadur Rana.[4] Gaji dasar bulanan dari perdana menteri Nepal adalah NPR 77,280.[2]
