Paolo Mengozzi adalah seorang yuris (ahli hukum) asal Italia yang dikenal akan kiprahnya sebagai Advokat Jenderal (Advocate General) di Mahkamah Eropa (European Court of Justice atau disingkat ECJ). Ia mulai menjabat sebagai advokat jenderal di mahkamah tersebut pada 2006. Masa jabatannya sebagai advokat jenderal berakhir pada 2018.[1]
