Pacta conventa (bahasa Latin untuk "perjanjian kesepakatan") merupakan kesepakatan yang dibuat antara Raja Kálmán dari Hungaria dan bangsawan Kroasia pada 1102 atau setelahnya, yang mendefinisikan status uni personal Kroasia dan Hungaria. Naskah terawal dari dokumen tersebut berasa dari abad ke-XIV, sehingga beberapa sejarawan percaya bahwa itu kemungkinan palsu.

Dokumen berjudul Pacta conventa atau Qualiter (kata pertama dalam dokumen) ditemukan di perpustakaan Trogir.[1] Hingga abad ke-XIX dianggap berasal dari 1102. Tetapi sejarawan saat ini berpendapat bahwa itu bukan dokumen asli dari 1102 dan kemungkinan palsu dari abad ke-XIV, tetapi isi dari Pacta Conventa masih sesuai dengan situasi politik saat itu di Kroasia.[2][3] Dokumen tersebut disimpan di Museum Nasional Hungaria, Budapest.[4]
