Orang Harari (Harari: ጌይ ኡሱኣች Gēy Usuach, "Orang Kota") adalah sebuah kelompok etnik berbahasa Semit yang menghuni Tanduk Afrika. Mereka menuturkan bahasa Harari, sebuah bahasa Semit.
