Mark David Duplass (lahir 7 Desember 1976) adalah seorang sutradara, penulis, pemeran dan musisi Amerika Serikat. Ia berperan sebagai Pete Eckhart dalam seri televisi FX, The League, dari 2009 sampai 2015. Duplass adalah adik dari pembuat film Jay Duplass, dan keduanya sama-sama memulai perusahaan produksi film Duplass Brothers Productions, dan menggarap film-film seperti The Puffy Chair (2005), Baghead (2008), Jeff, Who Lives at Home (2011), dan The Do-Deca-Pentathlon (2012).
