Liga Super Wanita 2022–2023 (juga disebut Barclays Women's Super League untuk alasan sponsor) merupakan edisi ke–12 dari penyelenggaraan Liga Super Wanita FA sejak dibentuk pada tahun 2010.[1]
Memasuki musim ini dua tingkat teratas liga menghapus nama "The FA" dari nama liga sebagai bagian dari jangka panjang agar liga berada dibawah kepemilikan baru di masa depan.[2]
Tim
[sunting | sunting sumber]Dua belas tim berpartisipasi di Liga Super Wanita 2022–2023. Liverpool menjadi juara Kejuaraan Wanita FA musim 2021–2022 pada 3 April 2022, memastikan kembali ke WSL untuk pertama kali sejak terdegradasi di akhir musim 2019–2020.[3] Pada 4 Mei 2022, Birmingham City terdegradasi dan berkompetisi di Kejuaraan Wanita FA pada musim 2022–2023.[4]
