Keuskupan Mymensingh (bahasa Latin: Dioecesis Mymensinghensis) adalah sebuah keuskupan yang terletak di kota Mymensingh, provinsi gerejawi Dhaka, Bangladesh. Uskup Ponen Paul Kubi, CSC, DD adalah kepala Keuskupan Mymensingh. Kebanyakan orang di Keuskupan tersebut berasal dari komunitas suku Garo. Uskup tersebut juga bersuku Garo. Sebanyak 76,047 umat Katolik dan 6665 umat Kristen Protestan tinggal disana. Orang-orang hidup sebagai petani, buruh harian di wilayah pedesaan dan beberapa orang tinggal di perkotaan sebagai buruh migran. Perempuan Garo sangat terampil dalam profesi kecantikan.
