Kabinet Balkenende ketiga adalah kabinet Belanda dari 7 Juli 2006 sampai 22 Februari 2007. Kabinet tersebut dibentuk oleh partai-partai politik Seruan Demokrat Kristen (CDA) dan Partai Rakyat untuk Kebebasan dan Demokrasi (VVD) setelah pengunduran diri kabinet Balkenende kedua.
