Fernand Schockweiler adalah seorang yuris (ahli hukum) asal Luksemburg yang dikenal akan kiprahnya sebagai hakim di Mahkamah Eropa (European Court of Justice atau disingkat ECJ). Ia mulai menjabat sebagai hakim di mahkamah tersebut pada 1985. Masa jabatannya sebagai hakim berakhir pada 1996.[1]
