Sir Francis Cowley Burnand (29 November 1836 – 21 April 1917), yang lebih dikenal sebagai F. C. Burnand, adalah seorang penulis sandiwara dan penulis komika asal Inggris. Ia dikenal sebagai libretis opera Arthur Sullivan Cox and Box.
