Dietilena glikol atau Diethylene glycol (DEG) adalah senyawa organik dengan rumus (HOCH2CH2)2O. DEG merupakan cairan yang tidak berwarna, praktis tidak berbau, beracun, dan higroskopis dengan rasa yang manis. Dapat bercampur dalam air, alkohol, eter, aseton, dan etilena glikol.[1] Selain itu, DEG merupakan pelarut yang banyak digunakan,[2] menjadi pengontaminasi dalam produk konsumen, yang telah menyebabkan banyak epidemi keracunan sejak awal abad ke-20.[1]
