Wakil Wali Kota Gunungsitoli merupakan seorang politisi yang terpilih secara demokratis melalui pemilihan umum secara langsung oleh rakyat yang digelar setiap lima tahun sekali. Posisi ini pertama kali dibentuk pada tahun 2011 dengan pejabat pertamanya adalah Aroni Zendratö.
