Biagio Martinelli (Cesena 1463 – Roma 1544), yang lebih dikenal sebagai Biagio da Cesena (artinya "dari Cesena", kampung halamannya) adalah seorang pejabat Italia abad ke-16 yang menjabat sebagai Seremoniarius Kepausan. Ia dikenal karena tanggapan negatifnya terhadap figur-figur telanjang yang ditampilkan dalam lukisan Penghakiman Terakhir karya Michelangelo.
Pada 1518, da Cesena menjadi Seremoniarius Kepausan untuk Paus Leo X. Ia juga memegang peran tersebut pada masa jabatan Paus-paus Adrianus VI, Klemens VII, dan Paulus III.[1]
