"Berilah sesuai kemampuan, terimalah sesuai kebutuhan" (bahasa Prancis: De chacun selon ses facultés, à chacun selon ses besoins; bahasa Jerman: Jeder nach seinen Fähigkeiten, jedem nach seinen Bedürfnissen; Hanzi: 各尽所能 各取所需) adalah sebuah slogan yang dipopulerkan oleh Karl Marx dalam Kritikan terhadap Program Gotha yang ia tulis tahun 1875.[1] Prinsip tersebut berarti kebebasan akses dan distribusi barang, modal, dan jasa.[2] Dalam pandangan Marxis, ini bisa tercapai dengan keberlimpahan barang dan jasa yang akan dihasilkan oleh sistem komunis maju; menurutnya, dengan sosialisme yang mapan dan masyarakat yang sangat produktif, kebutuhan semua orang akan tercukupi.[3][4]
