Ballantine Books adalah sebuah penerbitan buku besar yang terletak di Amerika Serikat, yang didirikan pada 1952 oleh Ian Ballantine dengan istrinya, Betty Ballantine. Penerbitan tersebut diakuisisi oleh Random House pada 1973, yang penerbitan itu sendiri kemudian diakuisisi oleh Bertelsmann pada 1998 dan masih menjadi bagian dari perusahaan tersebut sampai saat ini. Para penyunting awal dari firma tersebut adalah Stanley Kauffman dan Bernard Shir-Cliff.[1]
